Coordinate daily management of Amnesty International Indonesia's campaign activities

Work closely with Program Manager in daily management of the Protecting Urban Refugees through Empowerment (PURE) project for the asylum-seeker and refugee in the greater Jakarta area; with funding from UNHCR, BPRM (US gov), DIBP (Australian gov) and AfP.Responsibilities:Provide psychosocial assistance, protection, cash based intervention and educational activities for refugees.Conducting socio-economic assessment to identify the most vulnerable persons of concern to UNHCR.Lead all activities relating to the protection, prevention, identification and response to SGBV cases/issues. Ensure the implementation of the SGBV SOP and provide safe house for SGBV survivors.Provide direct supervision to assessor Coordinator, assessors, Education/Information/Reporting officer and Education Assistant. Provide leadership to all staff. Assisting program manager in preparing/editing/analyzing reports, proposals and budgets concerning the project.Assisting program manager in monitoring and evaluating the implementation of program according to the plans and activities.Assisting program manager in logistic distributions and procurement activities. Ensure all activities are in accordance with the budget lines and comply with CWS-UNHCR financial rules and regulations. Acting as Officer in Charge to PURE Program in the absence of Program Manager.

Responsible in overall daily management of planning, leading, monitoring and evaluating church-related projects in West Papua, Indonesia. Some of the projects are: capacity building & training for church workers on topic of justice and peace, international advocacy of human rights issues, empowering churches for democracy, campaign for justice and peace, and liaise with Government on political, social and economical issues.I also built networks with World Council of Churches, United Evangelical Mission in Wuppertal, Peace Brigade International and local NGOs.

Support the General Secretary in all aspects of relationships with the Eexecutive Board, staff and external stakeholders.
