As an employee, I am working with Google and Youtube to create a supportive ecosystem for content creators in Indonesia. Creator Economy, as the term is coined, has a promising potential in Indonesia.I am also building Java Kirana, a food and agriculture climate tech venture that focuses in developing sustainable coffee value chain from the upstream to the downstream; improving the biodiversity, productivity, and quality of Indonesian coffee by working together with coffee farmers.Previously I worked as an investment professional, specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions; in Bukalapak TBK, doing due diligence and coordinating their M&A projects for investment in techs to enrich their ecosystem, which also includes a brand aggregator start up where they invests in D2C brands (fashion, beauty, and tech appliances). I also led the ESG and sustainability initiative in Bukalapak, where I got exposed to ESG initiatives and impact funds. It started the spark to develop business models which revolves around sustainability and impact businesses, offering sustainable impact and direct contributions to the community around it.
