As a HR Project Manager at KPSG Official, I am in charge of five national and international projects with a total of about 500 employees. I manage the end-to-end HR process with my team, including recruitment, payroll, finance, and time management. I also plan and implement strategies for improving the HR system based on the client's needs, monitor the progress and quality of the projects, and solve any problems that arise.I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Esa Unggul, which helps me understand the human behavior and motivation behind the HR practices. I also have a certification in Human Industrial Relation from the National Professional Certification Agency, which demonstrates my knowledge and skills in the HR industry. I am skilled in Microsoft Word, administration, management, teamwork, and contract recruitment. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of the company and the clients by delivering high-quality HR solutions.
