Job description:1. Conducting a risk-based internal audit plan across operational, financial, compliance and risk management areas.2. Observe & analyze audit scope issues to provide recommendations & improvements for audit entities.3. Ensure that audit activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with standards established by industry best practices and the relevant risk and regulatory environment.4. Supporting data & reports to senior management, the audit committee, external auditors and regulators, and other external parties regarding internal audit related matters.5. Provide consulting services related to product development and policy & procedure updating.

This program prepares for leadership positions across many levels in Mandiri. By joining the program, ODPs will be trained by highly experienced bankers, professionals and leaders in various aspects of banking and leadership. The program starts off with intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the Bank. In the end of this program, I was selected as top 3 best ODP Batch 130.

Since 2015, I have been teach hundreds children who live in disadvantaged areas; tend not to get a good education or have a reasonable standard of living. I responsible to coordinate teachers' schedule and teaching math & science.

Kama Batik is a social enterprise aimed to recycle Batik solid waste becomes valuable things such as accessories and souvenirs by empowering unemployed women in Pekalongan & Yogyakarta. Our business model and ideas won several social entrepreneurship competitions such as Young Social Entrepreneurs by Singapore International Foundation, Jogja Innovator, etc. We also successfully registered one of our works 'Buket Bunga Batik' for copyright.

XL Future Leaders is an Indonesian corporate social responsibility (CSR) program designed to develop leaders that are socially informed, creative and confident by providing high quality learning resources for young people across Indonesia. XL Future Leaders selects top Indonesian students to receive mentorship, leadership training, and facilities to enhance students hard skills and soft skills.I have been selected from more than 12.500 candidates from all over Indonesia to be part of the 145 students chosen for XL Future Leaders Program Batch 3 in 2014.

Mandiri Young Leaders is an internship program provided by Bank Mandiri that helps student to learn from prominent business leaders, develop leadership skills, build business acumen, experience real work environment, & build network with other top profile student. In the end of the program, the internees presented an initiative plan to Bank Mandiri's BODs and professional judges. My team created incubator program for youth starting their business/startup while Bank Mandiri helps in funding, providing tools and mentorship.

Infotembalang is a local media that targeted college students, communities, and youngpreneurs in Semarang as readers. Infotembalang has tabloid, twitter, instagram; the twitter account was the second highest followers in Semarang (+- 40K) while I was joining (2015). My responsibilities:1. Writing contents for twitter, raising followers and engagement.2. Publishing & covering events for both twitter and tabloid.3. Acquiring clients & partnership, related to promotion services.4. Building community, we made several networking events.
