Key Responsibilities:• Coordinating team up to 10 employees• Identifying and analyzing requirements from internal and external stakeholders• Setting communications, managing stakeholders towards project requirements and creating project deliverablesKey projects: 1) Implementation of Business Intelligence from scratch • Creating BI Strategy and Roadmap for achieving BI Excellence • Organise and managing the BI team (up to 6 team members) • Working with stakeholders for leveraging the BI in entire organisation 2) Integration CRM system 3) Implementing Internal reporting and reconciliation systemsUsing Kanban and Scrum frameworks.

Search, analysis and implementation of cost-efficient projects in e-commerce and mobile commerce on the external and internal channels of the bank: ATM, internet banking, portals, online stores, mobile applications, etc.

Primary economic analysis, preparation of business requirements, approval of financial models, budget and its defense in the interbank committee and in collegiate bodies, coordination of functional and technical requirements. Record keeping on payments and payment aggregation for the top management of the bank.

Development and amendment of design documentation contracts in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Preparation of bilateral and trilateral agreements with counterparties, offer contracts for individuals and service users.

Development, planning, preparation, approval, implementation and handover of projects to commercial operation:• Joint project with the Department of Information Technology of the city of Moscow – ISRNIP (Information system of registration of charges and payments) for the state services portal of Moscow; 
• Development and approval of the payment service project that represents an electronic payment system that allows for making payments by the means of a variety of devices and communication channels, both landline and mobile;
• Successful implementation of major projects for payment of utility services in Moscow and the Moscow region. 

Results: 
• increase in net commission income of the Bank for payment services; • successful integration with the major service providers, payment aggregators, state and non-bank commercial organizations; 
• significant reduction in the costs of payments by virtue of analysis and optimization of payment processes.

Responsibilities: 
 • Administration and support of PC system;
 • Testing and implementation of improvements of Smart Vista back-office system;
 • Counseling of system users;
 • Error diagnostics and troubleshooting;
 • Implementation of the end of day procedures;
 • Monitoring of changes of the requirements and specifications of payment systems.
 
Skills:
 • Knowledge of authorization procedures, clearing of international payment systems; 
 • Knowledge of back-office procedures, properties of card products;
 • Knowledge of procedures of card production and personalization;
 • Knowledge of processes of servicing of card holders in the bank;
 • Knowledge of bank reporting to the Central Bank (Form 0409250).

 • Implementation of p2p services;
