This included setting up an optimal development environment, actively contributing to the growth and purpose of the app, and implementing cost-effective measures. Transitioning to a self-hosted environment was a pivotal step, granting us full control and allowing for tailored solutions to optimize performance and scalability. I consistently offered expert insights and solutions to enhance the end-user experience.Despite stepping back, we have never truly parted. My involvement in the project remains, and I continue to occasionally contribute behind the scenes.
