🔹 I have been developing professionally in the field of business administration and professional customer service as well as management for over 10 years. 🔹 Going through different positions, industries and companies, I have met a variety of organisations. In each of them I have successfully realised my potential, often fulfilling exorbitant standards in such areas as customer service, but also management. I have worked with both management boards and employees of individual departments in companies. 🔹 As a manager, as well as a head of the board, I learned about management issues from the practical side, improving such skills as: - business negotiations, - employee recruitment, - employee induction and training, - team management, - team communication. 🔹 I am constantly developing, because I believe that he who stops learning, starts going backwards. I bring value to each company, while diligently performing my duties, achieving the goals set for me and humbly accepting feedback that shows me directions for development. 🔹 I am sensitive to other people.
