Generated an ROI of about $30M after the system went online. • Recognized the need for, and built, an external facing Support Lookup Tool that received the highest use of all support related pages (www.hpe.com/networking/support).• Worked with technical writers to build a list generation system for release notes fix list automation.• Through team discussions, recognized the need for, and built a public facing tool allowing customers to search for support for their product, whether it was branded 3Com, H3C, ProCurve, or just simply HP.
