DevOps Engineer

• Implementation of test automation of Salesforce applications via Provar (Tool based on Selenium). Creating own methods, locators via Java and Apex• Implementation of test automation of Salesforce applications via Selenium WebDriver• Test cases preparation (using test scenario from HP ALM)• Test cases verification• Reporting and managing bugs via JIRA, issues analyzing and solving technics• Functional and regression tests• Providing technical support and training for clients and new employees in the field of Provar usage• Prepare and give a presentation for clients• Working in an international environmentAdditional tasks:2nd line of support (Salesforce)• Resolving problems reported by the customer on the second line of support (reported in HP Service Manager)• Resolving problems reported by the customer on the third line of support (simple changes in email template using HTML, CSS, JS, APEX)• Managing of users access • Contact with users around the world• Managing users accounts• Generating reports• Provide high quality customer service

• Conducting recruitment processes for external Clients on the positions within IT (software development area: Java, PHP, Scala, PL/SQL Developers, SAP consultants, .NET)• Sourcing, screening and interviewing suitable candidates (using Linkedin, GoldenLine, LancerHUB, Internet forums, Hays database etc.) • Building long term relationships with candidates• Preparing job descriptions, advertisements and reports

• Support recruitment process within IT (outsourcing)• Search for IT professionals using modern tools
