The most important values of my over 25 years business experiences are relationships with people and organisations. We’ve cooperated, developed together our skills and competences, I received many times huge knowledge and support. I’m thankful to all of you.Between 1990-1997 I learned how to build business relationships and sales distribution from the scratch. At the start, by interpersonal contacts with store and shop owners, by creating retail chain. I personally cared about good communication, supplying product knowledge that together increased our sales.Turnover and profits were growing in that time. In 1997 we reached milestone. I travelled to China and Taiwan. We started international cooperation and signed contracts with Media Markt, Metro Group, Selgros and further large retail chains. Our company entered new era of development.During the years 2000-2010 I visited over the 400 factories in China. We cooperated with selected contractors. I was in China many times in many cities from Shanghai to Guang Zhou. I also collaborated with suppliers in South Korea and Taiwan. This was very important experience in terms of the process of recognizing specific markets of these countries. I took part in business meetings and trade fairs. I observed many changes and progress of markets, technology and work system.In 2008-2012 I opened sourcing and buying office in Guang Zhou with Chinese employees. I had opportunity to manage and train citizens, people from different culture and social system.
