Boutique Hospitality has been my niche for over 30 years. Originally as a tour operator, then owner/operator, and now resort manager. Since 2011, my husband and I have focused on the luxury sector and have found our home in providing 5-star service to our guests, as well as our staff.Originally from the Bahamas, and now based in Fiji, our strong suits are in resource management for remote locations, cohesive cross-cultural working environments and providing high-end unique experiences to our guests. We are talented in back-of-house analytics (sales and marketing) as well as front-of-house guest experiences. Our intentions are to have a positive working environment where staff feel encouraged, supported, appreciated and ultimately that they are part of a family. There is no better feeling than to exceed a guest’s expectations and to create moments that will last a lifetime. We cannot do this without our team, so our first step is to always build the foundation. We work tirelessly with our team to integrate both the unique aspects of our resort + location, along with the individual customization each guest is looking for, so each guest's trip is the trip of a lifetime. We understand that time is precious, and it is limited, so the various definitions of a “dream vacation” need to be considered in order to deliver the type of individualized, detailed experience we’re after.Bill and I lead by example and put our heart into our work, believing that leaders go first, that your greatest treasure is your staff, and that every check-in is an opportunity to create an unforgettable week.
