DutiesProviding technical assistance to Production and Maintenance employees to ensure equipment is operating at maximum production output levels.• Work with outside vendors to solve and correct application issues with automation control system.• Complete individual assignments relating to optimizing/improvements of existing equipment.• Providing reports to the Senior process Engineer • Performs work on system maintenance and process improvement projects while being ready to respond to problems on the production lines.• Maintenance on PLC control panels for Thickeners, Flocculant plants• Wiring field instruments and calibration such as level, temperature, and pressure controllers• Wiring the electrical three and single-phase motors and perform correct directional checks.• Performing FAT test with the clients • Understanding the impact of control systems on quality. Always performing work to safeguard product quality.• Fault diagnosis in electrical systems and equipment• Direct involvement in field instrumentation such as new installation and repairing.• Participating in field commissioning Thickeners, Flocculant Plant, Linear Screens and Samplers indifferent countries• Reading and understanding the control philosophy, P & IDs, E&I drawings, and GA drawings of the plant • Training the operators during commissioning • Mechanical work on thickeners and flocculant plants in mines, • Maintenance in hydraulic power packs and understanding the hydraulic system.• Understanding the process designs of the plant and functional specifications.• Process plant optimization • Providing inspection or commissioning sites reports and recommendations.• Maintenance on pumps, mixers, screw feeders in process plants• Experience in motor control systems, process temperature controls and PLC control systems
