Follow and implement company HSE policy and plan at the operational areas.Understand and implement current international and local HSE regulationsWork Site visit, Rounding & report making, reporting to Superiors. Preparation of Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)Prepare HSE Documents as per JCIA, ISO & OSHAS StandardsTake a Proactive approach for the implementation of HSE culture within the staff and workers.Conducting induction trainings for new comers.Give awareness about Health & Safety & Implement a high level of interest in HSE through various employee involvement activities.Conducting Tool box talks, safety meetings & mock drills (fire, abandon, emergency)Reinforce safe behavior and corrects unsafe behavior.Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Report before work.Verify permit of Sub Contractors regularly & ensure the PPEs of all workersInspect work site regularly.Advise the management personal in displaying the relevant cautionary instructions, signs and symbols at the prominent places.Maintain housekeeping, observe unsafe acts & unsafe conditions & rectify them Maintain & keep files for all HSE Check Lists like - hot work checklist, height work checklist, radiography check list, working on water check list, Confined Space Entry Check List Accident reporting and case analysis.Checking all scaffolding and fall protection at site. Confined space work procedure, entry permits, gas test etc..Periodic inspection of the firefighting equipment’s – Fire Pump, Fire Hose Reel, Fire Extinguishers & Sprinkler System. Accident /incident/near miss reports checked by the client Certification agency (GLIS)
