Senior Business Analyst
CurrentSenior Business Analyst-Merchant PaymentCash Management, Business Division• Working in partnership with the Product Owner assigned to the initiative and driving key activities i.e.• Feature definition and User Story breakdown considering the end-to-end customer journey to identify all upstream and downstream impacts.• AS IS mapping to define the TO BE state.• Complete requirements elicitation to ensure Feature objectives are met.• Collaboration with all team members to ensure that project phases and governance exit criteria is met.- Work with the Product Owner, Scrum Teams/IT, Architecture and Change Management.• Support the Portfolio initiatives in relation to improving our Culture i.e. general continuous improvement.• Actively contribute and adopt risk management adaptation, risk frame work and standards. • Leadership – demonstrated through active coaching, mentoring and participation in meetings and being role models for all BAs on the team.• Adherence to Project Delivery standards and policies.
