This is my one-man-army type of studio, which I use when it comes to helping companies build new products from the ground up and improve their existing ones. Throughout this time I've worked with companies of all sizes mostly on B2B products and brands.

As the sole designer within the team, I have led the creation of a resilient design system that supports our extensive range of products. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system meets the needs of different platforms and product lines. This involved theming capabilities and multi-brand support to maintain a consistent visual identity across our various brands.One of my key accomplishments was migrating the entire design system to use design tokens, enabling greater flexibility and scalability. By establishing a structured approach to tokenization, I empowered designers to reuse and modify design elements across products easily. Additionally, I actively fostered collaboration with contributors from all company areas to ensure the system's growth and evolution.In addition to my work on the design system itself, I developed custom Figma plugins to streamline our design processes. These plugins automated the conversion of designs from one platform to another, saving our teams valuable time and ensuring consistency across different operating systems (Web, iOS, and Android).

As the lead designer in SumUp's Payments tribe, I collaborated with cross-functional teams and different tribes to enhance the overall payments experience for merchants while prioritizing accessibility and user privacy. Through extensive research, usability testing, and iterative design, I identified and addressed pain points, ensuring that our iterations over the product are benefitting our end users. Additionally, I placed a strong emphasis on user privacy, implementing robust measures to safeguard sensitive information. While fostering a culture of innovation, I also recognized the importance of maintaining a balance between innovation and stability to deliver reliable and trustworthy experiences with the proper cadence.

As the Lead UX Designer in a team of 4 designers, I was tasked to convert the client’s complex insurance processes into simple digital user experiences. Working closely with people from core sections of the company to reshape everything in their new digital products. From information-architecture to design system implementation to design QA.

As a contract designer for Adobe's internal Personalization platform, my role involves closely collaborating with managers to optimize the user experience (UX) of their help center. This includes developing a user-friendly information architecture, restructuring content, and creating detailed mockups and prototypes for testing and refinement. By leveraging my expertise, I contribute to the creation of a seamless and engaging help center experience for Adobe's users.

As a freelance designer, Credissimo approached mе and a colleague designеr with the need for a total redesign of their entire product line. The company operates in 5 different countries, and their existing products suffered from inconsistencies both in the UI and the UX. This complex project included everything from re-branding, art direction, project management to discovering unknown pain points, competition analysis, prototyping, user testing, and crafting detailed handoff documentation for their development team.

As a freelance designer, UltraPlay approached me, because they were facing challenges to reach and convert new visitors into customers in their new eSports betting website. By looking into their analytics and user records, I concluded that their existing solution was not meeting the standards, needs, and understandings of their visitors. All this led to a reimagining of the “standard” betting website and tailoring it to the new eSports fan base.

Designed and improved the UX of their versatile range of solutions in the field of the Internet of Things. By implementing weekly design sprints we managed not only to improve their UX but also build their logo, brand and motion materials.

Seenspire approached me for their need to create a unique digital signage solution and differentiate themselves from their competitors by delighting their users with great UX and visually appealing content. After working as an (external) lead product designer, I reviewed and converted feedback, user interviews, and market adjustments into unique features in their product.

CEZ Group contacted me because of their need for consultancy and design services for communication materials oriented towards their at new millennial employees.

During my two years of employment at this agency, I was handed tasks of various natures. I was deeply involved in several award-winning projects that included Branding, Motion Graphics, and Print Design altogether.

As a newcomer in the field of design, I wanted to start applying my skillset as soon as possible. Shortly after a few contest participations, I was awarded the Platinum designer status (now called "Top Designer"), which helped me connect with amazing startups.

As the only designer in the company, I had to take responsibility for the entire design process from wireframing and art direction to working closely with developers when approved designs were developed.
