  I am a director of operation in a rapidly growing business in the Health, Wellness and Fitness industry, with 6 branches and diverse services. I have been fortunate to start my professional career at an incredible small business, and be given a wide array of responsibilities across many aspect of it. I am reporting to and working closely with the Founder and CEO. In charge of managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business, including marketing initiatives and sales management. In the business’s early days, I was in charge of planning and building from scratch the Customer Service Department including defining and implementing systems and recruiting the department’s team that today includes 6 Employees. Highly involved in the strategic planning, business development, and the growth of the business, while working in a dynamic and growing environment. The business, a fitness club enterprise, grew from two to six branches within two years. The most recent branch is a 500-meter sports center
