CurrentRoles and Responsibilities01, Studying and understanding project data (Drawings, Sketches, Perspectives, Specifications, etc.)02, Concept design development.03, Visualizing landscape designs using 2D and 3D software.04, Surveys of the project site and revision/updating of project drawings.05, Preparing coordinates for the surveyor.06, Preparing softscape, hardscape, and irrigation drawings at various stages of the project.(Concept design,Schematic design,Detailed design,Shop drawings,As-Built drawings)07, Coordinating for approval and feedback at various stages.08, Responsible for maintaining logs and documents related to drawings.09, Responsible for providing necessary details to simplify site execution of the drawings.Additional Knowledge10, Quantity Estimation.11, Knowledge of preparing technical submittals such as WIR, RFI, MIR, etc.12, Knowledge of irrigation system (Design, Hydraulic calculations,Pump and Storage system)13, knowledge of preparing Inquiries ,Costing sheet, BOQ and Quotations.14, Basic knowledge of purchase orders and invoices.15, Basic knowledge of stormwater drainage systems.16, Basic knowledge of landscape lighting and load calculations.17, Basic knowledge of documents like (Material Submital,O&M manual,Method of Statement,Daily Report,Work Program,etc.)Softwares knowledgeAutoCAD, Design Review, Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat,Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, PlanSwift, Google Earth, etc.
