Being responsible for improving GE Global Operations cash and collections processes and systems in the I2C field, primarily focusing on Global Power centers and sites. • Demonstrating ability to drive parallel projects necessary for process and operations effectiveness, standardization and Enterprise Standards adherence• Supporting strategic discussions and initiatives through specific expertise and experience• Identifying opportunities and recommend solutions to improve productivity across Global I2C services• Driving effectiveness and value through operational excellence, controllership and compliance • Helping to facilitate Legacy Alstom Collection strategical discussions with Global Servicing Operations Collection Teams• Supporting global metrics and reporting objectives by implementing key processes and building Global Reporting Scheme• Reviewing standard process requirements on key ERPs, comparing with actual daily operations, creating gap assessment, recommending solution, executing on standardization• Working in close cooperation with necessary stakeholders to drive autocash solution and improve cash application stability and effectiveness• Contributing to GE Cash Flow via driving aged cash and past due reduction via implementing process standards and best practice sharing• Driving process rigor & policy compliance across I2C Teams (ex: partner with Cash Testing and Controls Team to drive process adherence and compliance)
