Run the day-to-day operations of a local barre studio to ensure all client’s needs are met, Barre3 corporate standards are upheld and that the entire Barre3 Los Altos team is supported. • Manage client accounts including making reservations, editing profile information, making adjustment to account payments, as well as attending to all client inquiry, issues and feedback. • Address donation requests, handle correspondence between the organization and our business owners and prepare all donated materials. • Input incoming retail to the computer system, adjust pricing, manage sales and discounts, and keep track of studio and merchandise inventory on a monthly basis.• Provide general office support in the form of responding to emails, answering the phones, bulk mailing, sending and receiving shipments, filing, laundry and cleaning of the studio.
