CurrentThe operations coordinator helps the team manage resources and information and assist with scheduling and planning meetings and project activities. The operations coordinator role includes additional duties and responsibilities such as managing outside resources and coordinating integration relationships. Operations coordinator responsibilities:-Assisting and supporting the Vice President - General Manager of TourFactory.-Designing and controlling the project schedule.-Work with and manage JIT resources for the maintenance of core systems-Manage and coordinate the TourFactory integrations across multiple entities.-Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.-Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.-Ensuring deadlines are met.-Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.-Organizing team meetings.-Setup and configuration of partner service areas.-Work with the team on meeting business objectives (recruiting, marketing, systems, etc.)-Liaising with stakeholders to determine the project’s objectives.
