In this role I was the business leader of cross functional team of 100+ FTEs developing products, services, and communications for Nike Brand. I was the product manager for award-winning Nike SB App (iOS) built with the goal of enabling skateboarders to learn and progress in the sport. Led a team of 20 responsible for business case, end-to-end customer experience, development (FE, BE, Mobile, API), marketing automation, testing, QA, roadmap, partnerships, and launch activations. App received over 20 awards, and resulted in 300K downloads in first 3 months. App received Apple’s Editors Pick and App of the Week.I was the product manager for the brand-site launch of the award-winning Nike.com site across forty-seven countries and eight languages; increasing sales 300% since 2012 to $9 Billion; Led 3 year roadmap consisting of responsive AEM module development, site optimizations, and partner integrations to support business needs. Defined operational maintenance process, internal communications strategy, documentation, partner style guides.I led product for the Samsung Jay-Z MCHG App. Project changed the way the RIAA counts music sales. Project resulted in over 1MM downloads of Jay Z’s album within 30 days.
