Welcome to my LinkedIn profile, can I personally thank you for taking the time to read about my company. I formed NAP Computer Solutions Limited in October 2012 having spent 19 years working within the IT industry. Having worked my way through several IT support positions, I was offered my first IT Management role at the slender age of 21 for a Business ISP called Entanet International Limited based in Shropshire. Whilst here I learnt a lot about the backbone of the internet and how to implement, maintain and support hosted servers. However it is was here that I first learnt about man management and ways to motivate my team. In fact I played a major part in implementing a new IT support team and later one which we would convert to covering a 24 hour IT support rota.I have always been a confident guy with a natural analytical and methodical approach to IT problem solving. However, it was these first experiences of Man management that have shaped my career. I knew that I wanted to be in IT Management and one day to form my own IT Support Company. I spent the next 10 years honing my IT skills whilst starting to learn business processes for a variety of different business types from Solicitors, Accountants to Steel Manufacturers and Schools. This meant that I met and worked with a wide variety of interesting people and this exposed me to lots of different types of technology, something I really strive on. As a seasoned IT Project Manager I have the ability to communicate to all levels from stakeholders through to the factory floor and see projects through there full life cycle.I have project managed / lead 100's of IT Projects several including CRM / ERP / Office moves, and several with a budget of over a million pounds.At NAP Computer Solutions we offer Professional IT Services to SME's throughout Worcestershire via onsite or remote support.
