Regulatory and Policy development focusing on Indian Electricity Market – Updating, preparing comments, participating in public hearing on key Regulations/Order/Policy documents/Staff paper etc. issued by CERC/SERCs and MoP/MNRE. 5. Successfully delivered to building and developing business relations, developing market intelligence, designing the product, service and contracts, negotiation with Customers, participating in tenders, executing PPAs/PSAs etc, as key requirements of business development and marketing. 2. Actively engaged in company's Strategic planning process by using the tool "SWOT" and successfully executed the set Strategic goals. 5. Responsible for Market Intelligence activities of the company specifically the Merchant market advisory and pricing analysis. Also actively involved in projection of company business volume and market prices in Annual Business Plan. 6. Actively involved in developing the concept of Regional Portfolio Management team (RPMT) in the company and executed this concept. Develop the key account management, Regional/State MIS, and marketing strategy of Eastern Region to explore the business.7. Advisory on merchat market, Regulations and Billing
