With an educational background in journalism and communication from Portugal, Spain, and Sweden, he began his career as a writer before switching to photography.Since then, through the boundaries of documentary photography and the photographic medium itself, he combines personal projects alongside commissioned work, exploring themes of collective memory, identity, and the intersections of history and contemporary life.His work received multiple international recognitions and has been exhibited in cities such as Lisbon, Madrid, Stockholm, Malmö, and Daegu.
