I managed a discretionary and advisory client base primarily composed of private individuals but also featured companies, pensions and trusts.I managed private clients'​ portfolios in line with defined parameters according to their selected return objective, type of investment and risk profile.I co-managed the Walker Crips Corporate Bond fund. The aim of the fund was to provide unitholders with a high income level giving attention to capital preservation from a portfolio of predominantly UK listed corporate bonds.I managed the Private Client Department's equity options strategy through monitoring client positions and generating trade ideas according to underlying market volatility. The options were used for hedging purposes as well as incorporating covered calls within portfolios to enhance total return.I advised overseas clients on applications to the UK Border Agency's Tier 1 Investor Immigration Programme. This service is for high net worth individuals wishing to make substantial financial investment in the UK. I worked alongside solicitors to provide the UK Border Agency with the required documentation for Tier 1 (Investor) Visa Applications, ensuring that clients portfolios did not fall below the minimum investment amount.
