Throughout my progressive career at Caterpillar, I facilitated and implemented innovative strategies while leading development of products and process. For each initiative, I shared and supported the company’s objective to improve velocity and quality while reducing cost. As a Certified Black Belt (DMAIC/DMEDI); 6 Sigma Lean, I identify and introduce impactful process improvements to address enterprise and business unit challenges. My leadership style is collaborative – I have extensive experience managing world-wide teams and programs. With strong mentoring and coaching skills, I leverage lesson learn and knowledge sharing to foster long-term relationships/partnerships and drive business value.Significant Accomplishments: -Directed 62 NPI/NSI projects; completing sourcing analysis, stakeholder governance consensus.-Sourced 400+ cylinder groups and parts to (NSI) cylinder suppliers with worldwide team.-Led 320 cylinder parts consolidation with Global Aftermarket Marketing and Branding (GAMB) to obtain dealer commitment sales of $1.5M.
