- Electrical Power Network team responsible (4 regulars + 2 consultants) following the team members activities (budget/resources to develop power generation, storage and conversion componentns) and secure that the deliverables will reach the correct QDCF levels.- Power management project leader (Cross-functional management, between engineering, manufacturing, aftermarket, architect, packaging, software development,..), for the European and Japanese projects into the software and hardware development area, to coordinate the activities, the budget, the planning, the resources and to propose, the best compromise for the brands/customer/projects requirements at chief project manager level. Concept study for the complete power management area, based on supplier exchange to secure the long term solution.- Define the global strategies for the components development within our responsibility, in the aim to synchronize the solutions/systems for all Volvo AB trucks brands (VTC/RT/UD/Eicher/VdB/MACK and VTNA), Volvo Buses and Governmental sales taking into account the brand distinctions and, the market share.- Involvement for new European regulation / projects based on 48V network with car manufacturer. (BNA/CSTA organization)- Support advanced engineering activities by defining the complete electrical topology for the Optifuel Lab 2 project (Fuel saving oriented), and involvement of hybrid component development 600V.

- Global responsibility, in Volvo 3P, to define and develop the power network components (Battery, alternators, main switches …) for the brand Renault-Trucks and Volvo Trucks,- Responsibility of Electrical balance for the power network to optimize and define the right balance between the alternator and battery power based on a dedicated mission profile,- Project manager of an advanced engineering project in the aim to define the best electrical balance simulation tool for Volvo AB group,- Project and supplier follow-up for several projects development (Euro5, Facelift….).
