Researched best practices for County service delivery, analyzed administrative costs, and monitored voter suppression efforts across the country in order to compile succinct reports.The Cook County Clerk serves as the chief election authority for the entire county, one of the largest election jurisdictions in the nation. Along with administering elections in suburban Cook County, the Clerk's office maintains birth, marriage and death records, assists property owners in redeeming delinquent taxes, and records the activity of the Cook County Board of Commissioners.

Applied for and reported on grants that supported the organization’s efforts to provide educational equity in Chicago. This required extensive planning with program staff, development of attainable and measurable metrics to monitor progress, and coordination with the finance department to ensure funds were used for allotted purposes.Implemented the first #GivingTuesday campaign through multiple platforms, which engaged with nearly 2,000 supporters and constituents.

Planned, managed, and tracked all fundraising efforts, including events, donations, and grants, which totaled nearly 50% of the school's operating budget. Served as liaison between the school and the external stakeholders by providing individualized outreach and communication and by creating informational materials for the website and social media pages. Coordinated enrollment initiatives, which included establishing parent ambassadors, scheduling prospective family tours, and calculating allocation of financial aid.Directed the School Board Expansion Initiative which more than doubled the number of board members from 12 to 27.

Created, adapted, and taught curricula for six different courses in math, science, and religion with the intention of fostering an inclusive classroom. Initiated the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) procedures for classroom management in the middle school. Collected and monitored student data for Response to Intervention (RTI) and adjusted instruction as indicated.During all four years as teacher, worked with the principal to ensure that 100% of 8th graders attended the high school of their choice.
