Staff of 56 contractors. $4.2MM annual spend.• Developed detailed asset utilization and recovery metric that helped support new organizational models and departmental growth. Through information gained with this data, a decision was made to close a conference center without sacrificing service to the internal customer and save the firm $2.8MM annually.
