From 2013 to 2015, Noppadol was entrusted by ICAO to serve as the Chief of the recently established ICAO Asia and Pacific Regional Sub-Office (RSO) China. During his term as the ICAO Chief (RSO), he successfully led the team to support the implementation of PBN for APAC States including Bangladesh, Myanmar and Mongolia for terminal and domestic/international enroute airspace. He also led the RSO team in successfully establishing ATFM and FUA implementation assistance programmes and sub-regional harmonization framework for sub-region within APAC, including North Asia, South Asia and South East Asia. Additionally, he participated in APEC Intermodal Expert Group, Transportation Working Group and Transportation Ministerial Conferences.In other international arena, Noppadol had served as the Rapporteur of ICAO Asia-Pacific PBN Task Force.
