As a staff engineer I co-leaded the Core Team and participated in Cross-Engineering initiatives.With the Core Team, we developed the most critical services that powered the digital bank accounts of Pomelo. We were responsible for the creation, security, and transaction authorizations of each account. Our designs were focused on horizontal scalability and regional flexibility, enabling operation in any country.The Cross-Engineering team worked interdisciplinary to solve the large-scale engineering challenges that affected Pomelo. Together we:- Implemented the authentication scheme that secured access to our services.- Standardized code quality criteria.- Promoted guidelines for ReST APIs.- Shared common libraries.- Provided re-usable solutions like webhook dispatchers and ready-to-use DB event publishers.

Built and managed a web-based ERP/CRM platform for a company manufactured and sold eyeglasses. The platform automated selling processes and also kept track of customer orders and product stock.

Designed and develop multi-media streaming services and smart home control panels for hotels rooms.Tasks:- Develop a web app for content management using PHP, Yii2 and MySQL.- Manage Linux servers.- Develop two smart home applications. One of the applications runs on Android and the other one runs on Raspberry Pi. The former is written in Java, the latter is based on the Kivy framework and is written in Python.- Develop a custom Linux distro based on Raspbian for Raspberry Pi.- Develop a custom ROM for Android tablets (Nexus 7).
