Maintains service quality by overseeing vehicles serviced by staff and Vendors.Ensures production standards are consistently met by identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Develops strategies to increase production and resolve issues.Ensures all work orders are closed by after careful review of repair orders and invoices.Communicates work schedules, shift changes, and deadlines to staff in a timely manner.Communicates with vendors to follow up on parts, pricing, availability, and capacity.Receives, logs and disperses all parts as needed.Enforces all company policies and procedures effectively while cultivating an enthusiastic work environment that builds positive attitudes and increases morale.Performs other duties as assigned.

Shipping and Receiving. I take orders that have been paid for and package them for shipping, then deliver them to the Post Office for shipping or hand them to the UPS driver when they come. I also manage the warehouse inventory under the supervisors direction. I also am the "muscle" for the other departments when needed. I am forklift and aerial lift certified.

Greet customers. troubleshooting appliances to discover the issue.Assist customers over the phone.Maintain accurate inventory and special ordered appliance parts.

Primary delivery driver with 7 to 9 deliveries/pickups a week.Responsible for general maintenance of forklift, 15 foot delivery box truck, AC units, and warehouse.Supervising volunteers as needed.Completing and attending Special projects and events as needed.

-Unload weekly deliver truck of several thousand items.-Maintain fully stocked shelves in the ever-changing Seasonal Department.-Assemble all furniture, lamps, and shelves in a timely manor.

-Trained new employees on store policy and procedures.-Delegate store upkeep and ingredient preparation.-Complete all closing duties, count registers, and inventory product and produce.

-Quickly unload semi trailers containing nonworking motor engines.-Accurately organize engines according to type and size.-Maintain a clean working area at all times.

-Greet and assist customers with any questions.-Maintain show floor cleanliness.-Manage current and future orders.

-Read electric meters accurately and quickly.-Maintain company vehicle.-Report any problematic location.
