Responsibilities:• Administration the SAP ECC & BI systems related to hardware and software applications including management, installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, recovery system ensures optimum the operation. • Resolve all issues related to hardware & software, connection to SAP ECC & BI, make sure they are stable.• Implement Enterprise CQC Services with SAP AG base on IT Manager requests for plan capacity upgrade the system, applications custom code..( EWC, DVM, CCM, UA ..)• Coordinate with BA Team to implement SAP projects, Apply Snote, Active Business Function to optimize the performance, resolve issues, complete the goal of team, department.• Determine the training request & create training plans for team members to sharing & upgrade knowledge, skills.• Monitor and Control another System: Storage, Backup & Restore, VMware.. make sure they are in good operation. • Implement projects of IT Service Delivery department to optimize the system performance and complete the goal of team.• Trainning, support , monitor the staff do & complete on time their jobs according to work instruction, procedure, policy which are released of the department, company.• Setup, review JD, KPI for staff to complete the goal of department.

SAP Basis Administrator includes: - SAP ECC 6.0, SAP BI/BO 4.1 - SAP Solution Manager 7.1. - RWD Uperform 5.20System Administrator for: - AIX on IBM P Series - IBM Storage SVC, Storwize - IBM Tivoli Storage Manager 7.1 - Database DB2 for SAP. - Virtualization on VMware vCenter & vSphere 5.5.
