We are at yet another inflection point and there are many opportunities for innovation in this space. My current work and interests are in designing new network systems and architecture for Cloud/Cloud-like operations that are transitioning to DevOps. Also interested in bringing continuous network analytics as a crucial role in building systems for cloud-like operations. Yet another problem plaguing networks is the middle-box sprawl. Getting rid of middle-boxes while keeping the functionality is a holy grail but achievable through a 'think-different' approach.
