2Nd Line Tech Support Engineer
CurrentResponsibilities:• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.• Manage incidents through logging, tracking, and timely resolution.• Assist in configuring IT equipment and managing assets.• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and provide user training.• Monitor systems for performance and security, escalating as necessary.• Analyze recurring issues to identify trends and propose solutions.Tools & Technologies:• Jira & Confluence: For incident and project management and documentation.• Jamf: For Apple device management.• Azure & Active Directory: For cloud services and user management.• Cisco AnyConnect & GlobalProtect: For secure remote access.• Technical Support: Expertise in Windows and macOS environments.
