- Provide first line of support for Customer Services - Efficiently initiating ticket submissions for both issues and network change tasks.- Thoroughly documenting both Low-Level Designs (LLD) and High-Level Designs (HLD) for network topology.- Systematically overseeing network devices, analyzing network traffic and logs, and proficiently identifying and tracking issues to enhance overall network performance.- Strategically designing and implementing network segmentation within the CORE Network and Customer Network.- Strategically devising and delivering Layer 2 solutions for customer networks.- Strategically planning and delivering Layer 3 solutions, including BGP connections, OSPF configurations, IP routing, and DHCP services, to seamlessly provide network connectivity to customer.- Expertly configuring network security policies through firewall rules and Access Control Lists (ACLs).- Proficiently setting up VPNs, including IPsec VPNs, GRE tunnels, TINNA tunnels, PPTP VPNs, and EOIP tunnels.- Experience working with a wide range of vendor devices, including Cisco, Extreme, Arista, Dell, Aruba switches, BarracudaNG firewalls, OPNsense firewall, MikroTik, and Cisco Meraki.- Proficiently diagnosing and resolving network and systems issues.
