• Develop and supervise Work Programs, Targets, and Policy Directions for each Kementerian Kominfo work unit on the scope of Digital Transformation related programs based RPJMN 2020-2024, Kominfo’s Strategic Plan 2020-2024, and Kominfo’s Work Plan 2022.• Carry out refinement of the Kominfo’s Strategic Plan 2020-2024 which includes revising narrative, target metrics, and workplans for Digital Transformation related programs.• Lead Kominfo’s Strategic Plan 2020-2024 dissemination activities such as directing video production, brief development of digital content (infographics & digital pocket book), content plan preparations for Kominfo’s social media campaigns.• Prepare, supervise, and exercise each Term of Reference (TOR) and Budget Plan (RAB) related to Kementerian Kominfo ICT Utilization and Digital Transformation Work Program.
