Consultative management style was been effectively practiced and realization that this works well for two partnering organizations and teams was well set.Hands on contribution to contracts management invested while experiences on Procurement was well gathered while working with global teams on contracts, risks, insurances, and compliance.Had very interesting approach to work with stringent KPIs and SLAs and managing it on-line, especially with often changed-induced nature of the projects leading to risks.
