Bootstrapped Auto Posher, a SaaS subscription for secondhand sellers. Auto Posher allows resellers to create/manage inventory across multiple marketplaces and boost buyer engagement with a proprietary, data-driven approach.

Managed a team of five engineers, working across the stack to deliver a web app for data exploration and analysis. Led and contributed to cross-team projects as an IC. Implemented a recurring program connecting developers to customers. Identified and improved time-consuming processes within the org, both technical and non-technical.

Worked across our commercial platform, Foundry, as a senior contributor or technical lead. Initiatives ranged from a low/no-code app builder to a code-based data science and pipelining tool. Most notably, architected the frontend for two new efforts: Actions (business process modeling with integrated permissions and end-user forms) and Scenarios (point-and-click capability for deploying ML models into production workflows). Designed and engaged in formal mentorship models with junior developers.

Frontend technical lead for Sidewalk Labs’ urban mobility initiative, Coord. Responsible for our suite of web and mobile apps, including our marketing site, developer platform, and curbside data collector. Worked closely with Product and Design counterparts to plan and scope upcoming work based on customer needs. Promoted in nine months.

Spearheaded all accessibility efforts for Google Maps Web, including a 20% project to make the map itself screen-reader and keyboard compatible. Developed new features (e.g., “Popular times”) and made various performance improvements, such as reducing the input handling time for map drags by up to 60%. Promoted in eight months.

Led a team of five consultants through periods of research, design, implementation, and evaluation. Delivered a functional prototype, concept video, and two 150+ page reports highlighting our solutions to re-imagine the digital customer service experience.
