At Unify was responsible for Unified Communications Practice and I was the Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Solutions. I owned the Unified Communications Portfolio and ensure that eco-system of solution and partners meet our customers needs. My role was understand a customers business and technical requirements, and then articulate solution that deliver the business benefits envisioned. With the team at Unify the vision was to delight customers with a great end-end customer experience. I managed the entire lifecycle with a customer. I would assist a customer in the scoping and business requirements capture. I owned the end to end design of a solution and ensure the design is implemented and managed in a way that can deliver the expected benefits to an organisation.

My role at Verizon was to lead the EMEA UC Service group within Professional Services.
