About Neil Redding

After more than 30 years as an Art Director in advertising agencies and client-side, both in the UK and internationally, circumstances offered me the opportunity to give something back.Having experienced the rewards of mentoring and coaching junior members of creative teams, watching careers progress and skills flourish, I decided to take the plunge and challenge myself and use my life skills to support those with mental health needs.Every day brings something new, challenges me further and motivates me to learn more, so I can provide meaningful support and make a difference to people's lives.
