Over 2 decades of experience in property investment, development and advisory, since 2008 I am responsible for Oger Investments, a hands on co-investment company.Worked with all the major banks and investors operating in Europe, Africa and Latam on property advisory, valuation and real estate development projects. Since 2010, I’ve been working with the most important Funds, both for the buy and sell sides, in NPL&REO operations. In 2003 I’ve obtained the certification as a specialist valuer for properties in Real Estate Investment Funds, in 2007 became a member of RICS (FRICS) and since 2017 I’ve been a Recognized European Valuer (REV) by Tegova.Hold a degree in Real Estate Management, as well as several other post-graduations in Salford-Manchester, AESE Lisbon, IESE Madrid/Barcelona and Secovi-São Paulo. I’ve also took part as lecturer for the MBA in Real Estate Valuation at ESAI.
