I provided assistance to various department leads to include press release editing for the company's online news portal (Digital Signage Connection), weekly e-newsletter formatting, correspondence with event speakers, and on-site assistance with the Las Vegas and New York conferences.

As Aspire Online Media's Founder and Creative Director, I oversaw a staff of 18 who assisted in the development of high quality products for the company's target demographic of 18 to 34 year old young, progressive adults. Functions included providing day to day creative direction for the various products to include a print/digital magazine, web show, arts/fashion/entertainment blog, annual awards gala and developmental workshops. I was also responsible for creating marketing campaigns along with setting and measuring monthly sales goals.

In this role, I processed SBA loans up to $2 million dollars and assisted Special Assets Officers and Risk Managers with timely liquidation of defaulted loans to secure the SBA guarantee. I also managed loan pipeline reporting, processed construction draws for commercial clients, and updated past-due payment reports.
