I started working at NRG in a back-office position at its beginning in 2018 and quickly worked my way up to the CEO role. I studied social anthropology and political science with a focus on political philosophy. Even though I decided not to finish my studies with a degree, those years significantly helped to improve my critical and analytical thinking. I love experimental, baroque and classical music, and have enjoyed music statistics and metadata ever since I was a teenager, and last.fm was still a thing. NRG is my love project because, oddly enough, it combines all of the above-mentioned interests. I am also leading a new initiative, Credit Production Music Artist, which helps distribute neighbouring rights royalties between artists more accurately and efficiently through better metadata.
