In this role, I developed two separate Oncology Sales Specialist Programs (CML and Melanoma). For the program’s success, it required working with multiple matrix partners to develop a differentiated high level training curriculum that included a high stakes certification process and to also develop a differentiated resource and deployment strategy which required working closely with the brand team. To continue to shape the program, I needed to build alignment with Executive Directors, Directors, and VP of Sales and across multiple cross functional areas on key decisions. These areas included HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Promotional Compliance, Legal, Sales Learning, Targeting & Alignments and Incentive Compensation. Both programs were a success which led to the development of a third specialist program.
