Our client, recognized as one of the "Top 100 Hospitality Giants" by Interior Design Magazine, specializes in architectural and interior design for hospitality projects across the US and Canada. With a portfolio featuring major brands like Marriott/Starwood, IHG, Hyatt, Hilton, as well as independent resorts, boutiques, and historic properties, our client stands at the forefront of excellence and professionalism in the field of hospitality design.Responsibilities:-Serve as a contact point between the client and the WT architectural team in the development of SD, DD, and CD sets, based on the client's architectural and interior designs.-Review the work developed by the WT architectural team to ensure they meet the client's expectations regarding brand standards and quality.-Manage an average of 6 projects simultaneously.-Ensure compliance with deadlines.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with more than 49 clients (to date) based on trust and results.-Lead a group of 8 designers and follow up on their development through KPIs definition and quarterly assessment.-Manage daily operational aspects of over 52 interior design projects, ranging from residential to hospitality and retail, working on an average of 6 projects simultaneously.-Learn about each client’s needs/industry and values/company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high-quality service.-Determine project milestones and schedule, as well as ensure its proper setup with both the design and construction teams by reviewing schedule, specifications, budget, and contractors.

-Managed the design of 7 architectural and 4 urban projects ranging from multifamily buildings to sports centres and urban renovation.-Participated in the design supervision during the construction phase of 2 multifamily buildings with a construction budget of over 10.000 mm COP each and 2 sports centres of 16.000 mm COP each.-Developed 138 construction feasibility studies, 16 of them with a complete building laws and standards report.-Managed external consultants including structural, electrical and plumbing engineers; as well as urbanists, landscape and restoration architects; and HVAC and security experts.
