Team Member:I collaborate with our frontend developer and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience. I build reusable code and libraries for future use, optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, implement security and data protection measures, design and implement data storage solutions, and compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, I develop ideas for new programs, products, and features by monitoring industry developments and trends, record data and report it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership, participate in continuing education and training, and take the lead on projects.Team Lead:I am responsible for managing a group of developers and collaborating with other teams to ensure that our projects are completed efficiently and effectively. I provide guidance and support to my team members, assign tasks and monitor progress, communicate with stakeholders and other teams, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. I also participate in the development of new features and products, contribute to the optimization of our applications, and participate in continuing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.Backend Developer:I am responsible for the development and implementation of server-side logic, APIs, and data storage solutions. I work closely with our frontend developer and other team members to ensure that our applications are fast, scalable, and secure. Additionally, I collaborate with our management team and participate in the development of new features and products, troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
