“Het overbruggen van complexe communicatie taken gemakkelijk maken, daar streef ik naar.”Mijn naam is Nous’che Schouten. Ik ben fulltime communicatie/marketing student aan de HAN, jaar 4. Mijn opleiding dient als houvast terwijl ik mijn eigen stappen zet in het werkveld. Zo heb ik stage gelopen bij HoorayHR, een snelgroeiende scale-up op het gebied van HR-software. Tijdens mijn stage werkte ik mee aan communicatie/marketing projecten die het platform ondersteunen, deden groeien en groei demonstreerden. Momenteel ben ik werkzaam bij Olmia Procestechniek, de marktleider van de BeNeLux in de procestechniek sector waar ik alles van website tot email-communicatie onderhoud. Ten slotte ben ik als zelfstandig artiest en artiest ondersteuner op gebied van marketing en communicatie, maar ook op gebied van muziek en productie druk bezig met de cultuurwereld ontdekken.Ik vind het ontzettend leuk om van anderen te leren en mijn kennis te vergroten, of soms te delen. Men omschrijft mij als een energieke, gedreven, maar vooral gemotiveerde communicatie student. Mijn opleiding heeft een grote focus op (zelf)reflectie en professioneel handelen, waar ik mijn hart in kan vinden. Daarnaast wordt het brede scala aan communicatie taken ingegoten met de paplepel, waar je zelf een professionele lijn uit kan trekken. Naast mijn communicatiehart, heb ik een enorme passie voor muziek en cultuur. Het zit in mijn bloed om bezig te zijn met verschillende zaken rondom de muziekindustrie, vaak in combinatie met communicatie en marketing. In de muziekwereld ben ik druk bezig om kennis op te doen als artiest, voor artiesten, zodat ik hen kan helpen met hun complexe communicatie, sales en muzikale journey. Dit houdt in, branding en marketing-communicatie strategieën bedenken voor artiesten, maar ook helpen bij songwriting, productie en releasing. Ook het opzetten van evenementen valt hieronder. Niets is te gek, ik wil van alle hoeken proeven om mijn eigen lijn te trekken.Ik ben altijd enthousiast om van anderen te leren, of mijn kennis te delen.
