As a technical writer, I live by the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Even after completing a certain task or project, I always communicate with my end users to develop more efficient documentation and documentation systems. Often, technical documents forget the end user. Technical documents contain a myriad of technical jargon and long-winded phrases, and presumptuously assume the user will understand it all. I always consider my end users, and develop documentation they will be able to use with minimal confusion and hassle. In any business, efficiency and consistency are of some importance. I strive to achieve these two qualities in every document I develop.
