Expanding into project management, working with the Product team to design and implement prepayment meter installation/maintenance compliance processes.

With an emphasis on infrastructure, I worked with various programmers, as well as other departments within the business to design/implement a number of operational changes, all with the goal of furthering the effectiveness of the business processes, as well as furthering the capabilities of the business products and bettering the user experience. Notable works included a Real-time "auto-responder", used to detect the nature of a customer query, and respond with an appropriate email (macro), and an interactive IVR, built from the ground up, with the capability to fetch customer information from internal databases based off the information provided via the IVR.
